The short version

What you and your partner say in a session belongs to you. Session transcripts and reflections are stored encrypted under your account, are never reviewed by humans, are never sold, and are never used to train AI models. You can delete everything, anytime.

What we collect

Your account email and name; session transcripts and the reflections written from them; and billing status via Stripe (we never see your card number). Voice audio is processed in real time to run the conversation and is not kept as a recording by MIRRA Each Other.

Who processes it

We use a small set of processors to run the service: Supabase (database & authentication), Vapi and its voice partners (real-time speech), Anthropic (the AI guide and reflections), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting & analytics). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your controls

You can delete individual sessions or your whole account; deletion removes your transcripts and reflections. Email us at ayorkateam@gmail.com for any data request and we’ll act on it promptly.

A note on shared sessions

Sessions are held on one account that both partners use together. Anything said in a joint session is visible to whoever uses that account, so keep that in mind, and only share an account with your partner by mutual agreement.
